This major development, carried out since 2011 with our parisian real estate partner Emerige, in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris, involved the construction and refurbishing 87 apartments and redeveloping 50,590 sq ft retail space on the ground-floor level. It is known as a gastronomic hub hosting distinguished names in the French culinary scene. The inauguration took place in September 2018.

Ile Seguin, Paris

AOG and Emerige joined forces in 2022 with Ardian Real Estate, the new majority investor, to develop the Pointe Amont-Ile Seguin project, on the Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt (Greater Paris). This mixed-use project of 570,000 sq ft, launched in 2016, with its exceptional architecture, will host an arts and cultural centre, a Pathé multiplex, shops, offices, restaurants and a 220-room hotel. This project is part of a sustainable real estate vision, in compliance with the highest levels of certification. Completion of the project is expected end of 2025.
